The HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) commercial division has been involved in many high profile projects such as the Kroc Center, Silver Mountain Water Park, Kootenai Cancer Center and smaller projects such as Discount Tire, Local Dental offices & many tenant improvement projects. The residential division performs around 500 new and retro fit installations a year with an excellent referral rate of success do to ACI's goal of 100% satisfaction.

ACI Northwest has been in business in the Coeur d'Alene & Spokane area since 1992, owned & operated by Bill Radobenko Sr. In 2004 ACI purchased a residential and commercial heating and cooling company that has been doing business in the area for more than 60 years.

The heating & cooling division of ACI employs around 60 employees and offers residential & commercial service, maintenance, new equipment and a 19,000 square foot full service sheet metal fabrication shop.
