For being the only home kitchen specialty store in town, it's quite unfortunate that an action of a single associate affects a lot in the establishment. They should be aware that they are the face of the company. The associate who I spoke to was not helpful at all. She didn't quote a price just because the item isn't on the sales floor and that she's not in front of the computer. That is really very off putting. I have gotten better customer service from online merchants. I am all for supporting local mechants, but customer service is really key.Report
