At Synergy, we focus on coaching safety and technique before load and intensity - ensuring all of our athletes are moving in a safe and efficient manner in order to provide results while minimizing injuries. We train with the same top-rated equipment used by professionals at the Crossfit Games level. And yes, our training space, bathrooms, and kids area are clean.
