Staybridge Suites Savannah Airport - Pooler

Staff is very friendly, place needs updating. Towels look dingy

Was let down by the experience, was not up to staybridge standards. Was expecting a full breakfast and it was a grab and go, hallway were dirty and the bathrooms had a lot to be desired.

The bed linens and towels were extremely dirty upon check in. Due to it being a holiday we had to switch rooms because they didn't have housekeeping on staff. The double beds were not equipped for two people to sleep in, and the mattresses were not comfortable to sleep on. There were rust spots in the bottom of the tub, and dust caked on the curtains. It is apparent that cleanliness is not a top priority. The front desk staff was nice and check in was great. When we reported the dirty room she immediately brought keys up for a new room.

Should loose their IHG flag! Counter tops were clean and bed seemed clean. Coffee pot filter was molded, hairs and dirt all over kitchen/dining room floors, bathroom curtain hasn't been changed in a very long time, dried hairs stuck on bathroom door, and dried hairs and urine on back of toilet. I've stayed at other Staybridge Suites and never had this issue.

The beds were very comfortable and clean… The only thing I could think of that would make it better is if they updated their Bedliner was kind of dingy and amenities in the bathroom that's the only thing I can think of everything else was just fine the staff was very friendly the manager Miss Fisher and Miss Janine and Jessica and Caleb and the other Front desk staff

I am a Spire member with IHG, have been for years and have never experienced a place like this one, run down, filthy, noisy.

Disappointed when we arrived they said the hotel was overbooked and we had made previous reservations and we traveled miles and my husband had previously had major back surgery. I was afraid of the bath tub. I used Lysol all in the roo

The rooms need renovation. The elevators did not work. Had to carry luggage upstairs. Paid for a king room with stove that did not work. Will not be staying again.

A very nice facility. Quiet for so close to 95. Staff was very customer service oriented. Many restaurants very close by.
