Spoke to a very rude rude employee regarding a reservation issue on the morning of Friday December 10th. I worked in hospitality for years and never seen or heard a coworker act like this individual. She called herself one of the guest service managers that works 7am -3. Disappointing that this marriott in such a beautiful place and great location has a despicable human being like her representing them. If this behavior is acceptable by the marriott franchise then I would be more than happy to spend the thousands of dollars that i spend in hotel fees every year with another hospitality group! And also I left a voicemail for the operations manager and i'm still waiting for a returned call. Now for all u future customers ... u have been warned... From my observation the manager here is a flat out bigot. He has a plethora of issues and likes to project them.
