Add ReviewI bot most of my dining room and living room furniture at Arte Forma in 2005 and came back a couple of years later to see if I could buy one more chair for my dining room. Susan, who I didn't know was the owner, treated me like if I was asking for charity. Horrible service. Their stuff was overpriced anyways.Report

I am never going to buy furniture from this place again. They have TERRIBLE customer service and the owner, Susan, is a true beeeyatch. For being the owner/manager, she has yet to learn about the furniture business and needs to seriously get it together and treat the customer like they deserve to be treated. Also, their furniture is overpriced for what you get. You can go down the street to Bova where the prices are more reasonable and the sales associates know how to really treat a customer.Report
