The technicians who came out to the house were very friendly and helpful, but the organization of the group was relatively frustrating. Different technicians would come out the house and suggest and different solution, and I received several different quotes with different estimates without much education/ guidance on which solution was best. I'm hoping the problem with our drain is solved, but will likely go with a different company next time in hopes of better and more efficient communication.
