The Social Media Pro Toolkit was actually developed in response to requests from many, many insurance agents. You see, we work with insurance agents every day. Over the past 13 + years, we have worked with thousands of agents across the country, helping them with the latest technology. We teach classes at insurance conferences, host online management systems for hundreds of agencies, support data backup systems for agency servers, and consult regularly with users groups, carriers, GA's, PIA's, and insurance agency management system providers. We've even written insurance carrier software.
