After years of doing the heating and air conditioning systems for builders in their new homes, Triad Mechanical took their winning attitude into the in-home service aspect of the business. Now with over 50 employees, we have the resources to provide customer satisfaction to those in need, regardless of the circumstances. We are big enough to get to your home no matter the time of day or time of year, but also small enough to develop a personal relationship with our customers and take their personal situations into account when trying to solve any heating and cooling problem. In most cases, Triad will try to make sure that the same technician works at the same house if ever there is a reason for multiple visits. This way the technician and the customer can have an ongoing and trusting relationship and there is never any doubt as to when, where, and what has been done in the past.

Since all of our technicians are drug tested and background tested, you can feel safe and comfortable having them in your house and around your family. All technicians are also factory trained and continue an ongoing training at the Triad offices for their duration of employment. This way you know your issues will be fixed correctly the first time, every time!

Due to the large volume of equipment that Triad Mechanical purchases for the construction side of our company, our purchase prices for most equipment is far less than those of our competitors. Instead of keeping our price in-line with those competitors, we can pass our savings along to our valued customers. We do not charge by the hour, but rather give a flat rate price for all services, repairs, and replacement equipment. Our service call is only $59, and for that price you get your problems diagnosed and the time and expertise of our experienced staff to help determine the best possible solution. We're big enough to always be there when you need us, but small enough to actually care!
