Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting

Do not use this shop or any Macco locations. I had a new bumper cover shipped to them for my car. They did not do a proper pre-fit before painting the cover and finding out that the cover was defective. This voided the return warrenty for the cover. Now they want to charge me more to fix the cover. Also they did not even properly attach the cover to the car, I had to do this myself. They did not inform me that they removed the energy absorber from the car, I discovered this when I had to go back and correct their mistakes. I had to go back and make them give the absorber back to me. And on top of all that the paint doesn't match the rest of the car. In addition I contacted Macco corporate and in a nutshell they said they wouldn't do anything about it. So Macco corp. condones the shady business practices of the shops bearing their name. p.s. I only gave them 1 star because you can't give less.
