This company shipped their package of bees and it arrived late. The queen was stuck in the sugar in the cage dead, and when I called they said they would ship a replacement Monday. No mention was made of the replacement, or the replacement's shipping costing me anything. On Monday they renigged on their agreement when they called me and said that they would replace the queen, but I would have to pay for the shipping. Why should I trust them now? They are horrible, and they even told me they have received attorney's letters before (This gives away the fact that they have treated other customers badly.) Do not do business with this horrible company!
