My medical office has used Superior Solutions for over a year and we could not be more pleased. What initially was one of my most dreaded aspects of a new office build out quickly became the least of my concerns. We always receive a rapid response to any issue, which is usually small and user related. They have provided equipment recommendations, security and support for us. I wish all my vendors made life go this smoothly.

My small company has a contract with Superior Solutions LLC. We can call for help any time for any IT problem and usually can get a problem solved within a day. I've dealt with several members of their team and found them all to be very knowledgeable and effective. And, they patiently answer my many questions. I recommend them highly.

The team at Superior Solutions are professional and always moving with a sense of urgency. The consultation upfront has come to fruition with the desired results. Our infrastructure is unique. We run Microsoft servers with MAC machines running VMware (in some cases). Our challenge to Superior Solutions was met head-on with solutions that made sense to our organization.
