Choe's HapKiDo Karate

I take kickboxing classes at Choe's. My kids are older and pretty self-sufficient so I decided that I needed to take some 'me' time. The gym has never been my scene and I wanted something different, so I decided on kickboxing- why not, right? Well, I took advantage of an online promotion and set up a class with Sandra. After nearly 10 years of sitting behind a desk lets just say it was eye opening how out of shape I was, but I kept coming back. After 5 classes I didn't want to stop.
