7% discount on cleaning for weekly and bi-weekly customers.
50% discount on cleaning on Birthdays for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly customers. (One time per year, per household.)

Program Rules
1.Must be a new client establishing regular routine service. •Regular Routine Service: Cleanings set on a regular schedule, typically every week or every other week.
2.All 11th cleanings must occur on the same schedule set at the time service was established. •10 cleanings MUST occur in consecutive order for the 11th cleaning to be free.
•If a cleaning is canceled before 10 cleanings have been completed, the free cleaning will not be applicable.
•The free cleaning will NOT occur until 10 consecutive cleanings have been completed.
•The free cleaning MUST occur at the same set schedule as the first 10 cleanings.
•The free cleaning may NOT be saved for a different date and may not accrue.
•The free cleaning may NOT be transferred to a different address.
3.All prior cleanings must be paid in full. •Customer accounts MUST be in good standing with all prior cleanings being paid in full before the free cleaning is provided.
4.The 11th cleaning will be of the same quality and duration of the first 10 cleanings. •If the customer requests additional work during the free cleaning, thereby causing the free cleaning to take longer than "normal" cleanings, the current hourly billing rate per person working will be charged to the customer account.
5.The free cleaning may only be redeemed for cleaning services. •Customers may NOT redeem their free cleanings

All of our housekeepers are professionals. They will treat your home as if it were their own. We assign one housekeeper to take care of all of your cleaning needs. With some house cleaning services the cleaners are all working on a schedule that has them finishing at the same time so they can quickly move on to the next house. Not us! If you need your refrigerator cleaned, or some laundry washed, we will gladly take care of it.
