"Wow...I'm floored reading all the negative comments about Spoiled Opulence Salon. I have been going to this salon for a lil over 4 years. Beautii is my stylist and she does a great job with my hair! Everything from quick weaves to short cuts! The salon is always kept clean and organized and the whole staff is always welcoming! Beautii is a very down to earth person and very relaxed in the salon. Not a loud person at all!.. I would recommend this salon and Beautii to all. Don't listen to the negativity, go to the salon and experience it for your self. you'll love it!"

"This was definately a waste of my time and mony! I hated my weave done by Beautii and she did not even offer a partial refund! My natural hair was 2 SHADES lighter than the hair she put in! All she cared about was getting me out of the chair and swiping my debit card!"

"This Salon is not gheto, this salon is not unprofessional. Beautii is actually very good with weave and full sew-ins. No lumps, great with layers, great with closures and she treats your natural hair as well so it stays healthy while its braided up for a few weeks at a time. I have been going to her for about a yr now. Why spend hundreds of $$$ on weave but then go to a stylist who cant sew, or cut and you leave disappointed? That won't happen with Beautii if you want something specific tell her, show her a picture, she can replicate any hair style. She is good-better than anyone I have been to in Atlanta and I have gone to MANY stylist over the last 9 yrs."

"Ladies if you're expecting to be "Spoiled" then take your precious hair and money somewhere else!! This place is so poorly owned and operated...there aren't enough words to express how AWFUL my experience was...Beautti and her "staff" belong in the projects"

"THIS WAS THE WORST WEAVE I'VE EVER HAD!!! The salon ambiance was SO MESSY, GHETTO and UNorganized. I waited for HOURS and after allllll that, my weave looked like a F#@!ing JOKE! I had it taken out the NEXT DAY!! Beauti has 0 customer service skills and it BAFFLES me that the name of this place is SPOILED OPULENCE! REALLY?!! It should be named Overpriced HairSHACK!! Please don't waste your money ladies!!!!"

"Well, let me start off by saying Beautii is a good stylist, however she has stood me up over 3 hours each time I went into her salon. If she's not off surfing the internet, it's the constant phone calls and the disingenuous lack of respect she has for her clients. I have waited patiently for Beautii several times, and have been a loyal client for 2 years but she's gotten worse instead of better. The new salon is alright but I've been to better salons were the stylist repect their clients. So Here's what happen: I came in for my 9am appointment, for a half sew-in which only takes 3 hours tops, I prewash my hair to save on the number of hours I spend at the Spoiled. Beauti didn't take me into her chair until 1pm and she only had one other client ahead of me. Beautii finished with that person around 11am, but afterwards she started to sell hair to walk-ins, surf the internet, then talk on her cell phone for over a hour. I didn't leave Spoiled Opulence until 5pm. I felt like a had worked a full 8 hours without pay. I paid the $250 dollars to her but felt as though Beautii should have been paying me after being at Spoiled for long. Beautii caught a attitude with me after I told her about the how unprofessional and rude her behavior is towards her clients. I will NEVER go to Spoiled Opulence again and told her so. Either Beautii is too caught up in the so called lime light of Atlanta or she doesn't give a darn about being successful in her business. Both my parents are business owners for over 30 years and trust me this is not the way to run a business. Loyal Clients such as I will leave to find stylists who are not only qualified but shows respect to his or her clients. Also, whatever happen to Gynesis and the old crew? I guess Beautii screwed them over as well. PEOPLE RUN NOT WALK FROM SPOILED OPULENCE. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The service really stinks and it saddens me to wright about another stylist gone wrong."

"Spoiled Opulence is anything but. True the customer service reeks, so maybe this is where the spoiled part comes in. The owner Beauti is completely disingenuous. It is apparent that she does not value her clients or potential clients. I went in to have my hair washed and curled and was there for 5 hours!!! I wish I was exaggerating. I am not. She had little regard for my time. There was one other client in the shop. She stuck me under the dryer and surfed the internet. Wasting her client's time and showing complete disregard. Once I finally got in the chair, not hers, but her another stylist - the power goes out -- ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME???? Granted, I am sure that it was not her doing, but the stylist did joke that she may not have paid the bill! Shows you what time of operation she is running. The stylist D charged me $40.00 to sew three tracks in. He did cornrow my hair, all he did was take needle and thread and sew in the tracks. I was flabbergasted. It was one of those experiences where you just want to get the hell out of there no matter what! I would have left screaming for my sanity, but my family had scheduled our holiday pictures the following day, so I was truly a hostage! This complaint is more an indictment on the salon industry as a whole -- many stylists do not value your time, do not produce the work product promised, and may overcharge you in the process. My experience at this salon was the epitome of this. I felt cheated. (At one point she said that she bought a certain brand of hair, but it is unlikely she did not) I felt like my time and patronage was not valued. I called the owner to air my grievances, she said she would call me back - she never did. This is how much I am valued as a client. I would never recommend this salon. Never. A client should never have to feel this way"

"This is the best salon that I have ever been in. Since I have been living in Atlanta for 9 years, I had many bad experience where my hair looks like garbage and the people wasn't pleasant. I have been watching Spoiled II Salon myspace page and upcoming events for a year and when I went I was indeed impress. I went to get my micros done by Gynesis and she is so pleasant and friendly; they even feed me. I see her every three months and besides the great braids, my hair has grown back. Thanks Gynesis and Spoiled II Salon now I can wear a long wrap which I will see Beautii for."
