Comfortable stay for my family

Enjoyed stay at Hotel Indigo and have already recommended to friends and family. Travel to the airport was only 20 mins away.

$200 for a bed in a box. No amenities in the rooms charge extra for a room with a balcony to check you in to a room on the ground floor with a sidewalk outside... April at the front desk very obviously doesn't care for guest at all and should probably explore a different industry.

Staff was excellent. Room was great and the food was on point.Check- in and check-out was a breeze.

I took a Shower, then I needed to use the toilet, it was clogged, the Receptionist started that the engineer wasn't onsite and she probably have to give me another room. I went out to eat, came back and the toilet was flushing.

I would like to see refrigerator in all room and microwaves , other than that I love this hotel

The atmosphere and employees were fantastic. The bar tender was wonderful. Drinks and food were great. The cleanliness of the room was atrocious, even after housekeeping. Housekeeping did not take the trash out, wipe anything down, and it appeared the room had not been vacuumed in weeks. This would be an exceptional hotel if not for the sanitation, especially during a pandemic.

No fridge and no microwave in room. Bathrooms are old, toilets very old, they don't flush completely, the sliding door to patio has a jammed, broken lock. There is no coffee in the lobby ever and no breakfast buffet. Breakfast is served in hotel restaurant and the wait is extremely long. At $175 per night, I never expected a bare bones hotel.
