If you enjoy missing critical amenities, long waits, and the overpowering aroma of Marijuana, then this is the place for you. People hot box their hotel rooms so often, other hotel stayers have to result to MacGyver level solutions just to get some sleep (Pic related). Atlanta sucks.

Positive: It always clean Negative: No

Room was SUPER SMALL. NO full length mirror. Water stayed hot maybe 6 minutes. Then we were awaken in the middle of the night by loud alarms going off for at least 10-15 minutes. And on top of that because I guess it was thanksgiving weekend, there was no housekeeping service! We were planning to stay 3 nights but quickly found other accommodations the next morning. Not worth the price!

Car was broken into and stolen while at this property. Was told a lot of break-ins happen in that area after the fact. Overall nice hotel good staff and clean rooms.

Drove in to catch an early flight home. Chose this location because of the access to different food options. At check in, I had to wait for service at front desk. She arrived and apologized for the wait. First room I was assigned had small black ants crawling along the baseboard and all around the sink. Returned to the front desk and had to wait again. I was assigned a new room and this room had black mold around the AC unit and all high contact surfaces looked like they weren't cleaned. Bed and bathroom appeared and smelled clean. Did not want to deal with the front desk again, so I ended up disinfecting all surfaces. Went to take a shower and there was no hot water. Thought I was going to pull the faucet out of the wall because it is not properly secured. Wifi is not great either. Everything I have encountered has been addressed in other reviews I have read after the fact. I've never really had a pleasant stay at any Courtyard, so this will be my last time staying at this brand. I really don't understand how these issues are not reported and addressed if housekeeping is regularly servicing these rooms.

Positive: The staff is friendly, doing the most they can to bring to the hotel to a satisfactory experience. The room could have been clearer but it was not dirty. Negative: No breakfast
