About The Yoga Shala
The Yoga Shala is a dedicated Ashtanga Yoga Studio. We offer yoga classes in the Mysore style method, Guided Ashtanga, Beginner's Courses, and Pre-natal yoga. The Mysore classes are taught by Krista Shirley, authorized to teach by the KPJAYI in Mysore, India. Our 2,100 sq ft yoga school has a men's and women's locker room, yoga boutique, massage room, and two studios located in beautiful Winter Park, Florida - just outside Orlando. We also offer workshops with world-renowned teachers.

We offer yoga classes seven days per week for beginner through advanced students, as well as expectant mothers. We host workshops throughout the year, hold special courses and trainings. We have a massage therapy room with three excellent therapists on site. We have a yoga boutique that carries all your yoga product needs. Come in and check us out!
