Growing up I was 6ft 7in 150 pounds, which at that height is very skinny and unhealthy. I was always an athletic guy but after high school, I no longer had sports to help keep me in shape. I started weight lifting and adding mass to my slender frame. After 5 years I had added 100 pounds of muscle to my body and had people asking me what I did to change my physique. After people constantly asking for my help I decided to become a certified personal trainer and start helping people on their fitness journeys. I have been a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine for 6 years while also becoming a certified nutrition specialist and helped pre-diabetics get off the spectrum, to people losing weight, to people adding muscle mass.
I grew up a very active kid, engaging in baseball, soccer, and a passion for basketball, and decided to grow as a fitness instructor after college.
I started working with kids doing sport specific training to improve agility, strength, and endurance. As time went on I began focusing on helping individuals reach their goals through one-on-one training. I have helped many people ranging from weight loss to muscle building, and rehabilitation.
