As owner of Schwab Custom Homes I completed over 200 custom homes throughout Brevard County and built a reputation based on pride,quality, and service. In 2007 I sold the home building business and started Pressure Washing by Mike Schwab. Taking the same qualities and standards from the home building business into the pressure washing business I have quickly become brevard counties leading source for non pressure roof cleaning and full service residential and commercial pressure washing. With a 14 foot rig featuring all state of the art equipment and a self contained 525 gallon water tank, Pressure Washing by Mike Schwab can handle any job big or small.
