A lender and HUD/FHA approved appraiser and qualified as an expert witness in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit. An SRA designated member of the Appraisal Institute. FNMA, HVCC and USPAP compliant. Gina is an expert witness with over 20 years of experience.
