Residence Inn St. Petersburg Treasure Island

The staff were super friendly and the suites were very nice. Every room had an ocean view. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location, great staff!

We have stayed at the property twice and always enjoy the location on the beach and the staff. Having a morning coffee on the beach and sunsets are a huge plus.

Friendly staff. Clean, modern suites. No handicap access for scooters is the only caveat.

Great hotel to stay in.

Great location on the beach but no restaurant, no complementary water bottles in the room or provided for Bonvoy premium members, and no places to eat within a short walk. The complementary water issue is big deal for anyone accustomed to better treatment at other Bonvoy properties, especially given how awful Florida tap water is. Good sized room and full size fridge. Circle K across the street.

I just finished a 6 day stay. This hotel looks and feels brand new. The front desk staff is fantastic. Additionally it acknowledges bonvoy status and upgrades. The morning breakfast is good with hot and cold offerings. It's well staffed with great people. Housekeeping is fantastic. I've stayed here 4 times this year in 4 different rooms and never been disappointed. The views from both sides of the hotel are great. Late check out's have never been a problem. Nothing is a problem here. The management is best of the best. This hotel is a model for Marriott. I use to stay at the Sheraton Sand key. I've stayed there more than 20 times over a couple years. The Sheraton Sand key doesn't come anywhere close to this hotel. No hotel in the area does. I've stayed at them all and will continue staying here.

Great location! Right on the Beach. Rooms with balcony and gulf view. Good breakfast variety.
