Terrible Service!!! Contracted to install sod and it died within a week. After paying thousands, he was not willing to fix the problem. I follow his instructions, and when it dies, he blamed mother nature. He said because of the rain it received to much water. Very defensive and nothing was his issue, always mine. Did not stand behind a terrible installation job. They did not even roll ing sod after thowing it on the ground. Sad that he just left a paying customer hanging. Stated that if I paid him agian he would fix it.

Had a little delay killing our yard. However, I loved they use a roto tiller and kill the weeds vs. using a sod cutter. the sod was great and I'm a happy camper

This company will steal your money and act like nothing went wrong. Problem started June 2010 and they have not resolved the problem yet. Promises broken and lies told. Been mailing a refund since Aug 16th. Taking them to court will not make them do business fairly. This is a shameful company. Buyer Beware.

Scott Nelson is unreliable and unprofessional. I would never use him again for any type of work. I had some drainage pipes installed with french drains in my backyard. He left open trenches in my backyard for over a week. Every drain is installed about 6 inches above the ground around it and none of the drains caps fit. This is great with a 1 year old because I cannot let him play back there because the drains have become a safety hazard. The best part is all of the water drains back into the yard because he was in such a hurry the day he installed them. He has missed 4 separate appointments to come out and fix the problem. He just does not show up and when you get a hold of him, he says it is because he is going through a divorce. Don't make the same mistake I did.
