We provide legal counsel and representation for our clients who range from Fortune 500 companies to private individuals. Jeff Lieser, the firm's litigator, is also a Reserve Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army J.A.G. Corps and an Iraq War Veteran. Ghada Skaff, a Tampa native, is an expert in transactional/business law attorney and also serves as general counsel to a Tampa manufacturing company. Both attorneys attended the University of Florida College of Law and worked at large firms before co-founding Lieser Skaff Alexander. Joseph Alexander, a commercial litigation and real property dispute attorney, also holds a Florida real estate license. He is a multi-generational Floridian who attended the University of Houston Law Center and returned to Tampa to join the firm.
