Mr. Charbel Saab is the owner of Cedars Restaurant in Orlando, Florida. He was born and raised in the beautiful Majestic Mountains of Lebanon. As a farmer he lived a very healthy life eating only healthy food straight from his family's harvest without any chemicals. He always dreamed of owning a restaurant one day where he can offer people only the best and healthiest food. Mr. Charbel Saab became a professional singer for a while, traveling all over the world singing and composing his own music, He also played the Oud, which is a very popular musical instrument in the Middle East. Mr. Saab decided to switch careers and finally fulfill his dream. He came to the United States and opened two Lebanese restaurants in New York, which became very successful. He then came to Florida to settle down with his family and opened Cedars Restaurant in Orlando.

The Cedar's Legacy - The name “Cedar's” came quite easily since Mr. Saab not only is very spiritual but also loves his homeland. The Cedars of Lebanon was often referenced in the Bible. King Salomon built his temple and the Phoenician ships from those magnificent trees. When he designed his restaurant he made sure it would be as authentic as his homeland by including such things as his famous wood stone bread oven. He also offers the hookah to his patrons out on Cedars' beautiful patio so they may enjoy even more of the Middle Eastern lifestyle. Mr. Saab personally overseas every step in the preparation, presentation and service of his cuisine. Only the finest of all natural ingredients are used in every dish from appetizers to desert, to offer his customers a healthy and delicious meal, which makes any occasion a wonderful experience. Since entertainment is very important to Mr. Saab, as well as the Lebanese people, authentic music and dance is provided weekly on Friday and Saturday evenings. Cedars Restaurant has been the recipient of many awards for best Lebanese restaurant in the country. It was mentioned in different Newspapers and magazines such as the Boston Globe, New York Times, The New Yorker, and Orlando Sentinel.
