I contacted JSE Insurance for auto insurance quotes because I was soon to add my teenage daughter to my auto insurance policy and I was shopping for premium quotes. The Customer Service Rep I dealt with was extremely helpful . She answered all my questions and concerns, explained everything very well and was not pushy at all. All the correspondence took place over the phone, then via email and postal mail for review of the quotes and the applications. For the same coverage, JSE Insurance had better rates in comparison to my current carrier. Now I have my auto and home AND an umbrella policy that is costing me less than what my previous carrier was billing me for. So I signed on with JSE Insurance and have been a very satisfied customer and now am in the process of contacting the same rep again to review my life insurance.
