Add ReviewBought one rv and traded for another one that was bigger and new. The purchasing experience was great. Good people. Had warrantee. Asked to have simple warrantee work done. They did not do it because the unit was under warrantee and everything in their opinions was working. Communications with service manager, Debbie, was the worst expericence I have ever had in auto, rv, or boat repairs, etc. I bought a new unit expecting them to fix things that needed fixing. They did not. Imagine my frustraction when I knew the awning was not going to work (brand new) when I left the dealership. They could have at least looked at it or maybe oiled it. I took the rv to a local rv site to set up before a trip to Maine from Florida. Again, the awning would not work!!!!! Stayed out. Here I was about 5 - 10 miles away and they could not be bothered to come and take a look. They wanted me to climb up on a ladder myself and loosen some screws and put the awning in so I can re-deliver it to them again. After that experience and the frustrations of not getting my unit serviced in the first place I went to another dealership and traded my Forrest River Trailer for something else. I will never go back to RV World of Nokomis for servicing my rv's or buy Forrest River Products again because of this rediculous experience.Report
