I contacted Needle &Ellenberg after the medical malpractice death of my husband in June 2017. They contacted me immediately and set about obtaining information, release forms and everything needed to file the lawsuit. Needless to say several of the medical personnel were very slow in releasing information but mr. Needle stayed on top of it and kept me informed. I moved across country immediately after my husband's death and mr. Needle kept me informed even with a 3 hour time difference. Everyone in the firm has been very compassionate and very caring. They have also been very honest about the expectations and outcome on everyone's part. They diligently search for the truth and they are very knowledgeable with medical malpractice. I had my husband's medical records and I could not figure out what they did wrong I knew they did something wrong and Needle & Ellenberg uncovered it. We have settled the case. They are still in contact with me and they were super compassionate during the early part of the case when I was really grieving. Needle & Ellenberg, P.A., is the premier medical malpractice firm in Miami. Andrew Needle and Andrew Ellenberg are highly skilled, super intelligent, compassionate and caring attorneys who always have their clients' best interests at heart. I give the firm my highest recommendation.

All of my questions were answered . Mr needle and firm were the most compassionate crew of people to deal with. They treated myself and family with the utmost respect and care. They are fighters not just a large paper mill . I would no hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone needing expert legal advice . They are honest to a fault. It's hard to know where to begin when describing my experience with not only the firm Needle & Ellenberg, but the partners Andy Needle and Andrew Ellenberg. My family and I went through a devastating ordeal with my dad's condition due to medical malpractice.

From the moment I walked into their office to receive the first consultation, I knew this was the right firm to represent my family. Their experience, knowledge and diligence always made me feel like we were in great hands. Having now gone through this process, I believe one of the most important qualities your representing firm can have is honesty, and above all, direct honesty. I always appreciated that the expectations of not only the result, but the process, was always crystal clear and made me feel super confident in our direction. As the guardian of my dad's person and estate, I always felt very prepared for the next step in the process thanks to the comprehensive guidance I was always given.

I'm not much for writing reviews, but if you're reading this one, you're most likely going through a nightmare, as we were. But, I felt it was vital that I pass on my thoughts of these guys and this firm. I cannot begin to fathom what this process, and result, would have been like if I had the wrong firm representing and guiding us. From the late night and early phone calls (from me to them), nonstop trips to the hospital, counsel on personal and family related matters (most of which had nothing to do with them), guidance and referrals to specialist (doctors, other attorneys), etc. etc. etc.; these guys were there every step of the way.

Malpractice law can be a lucrative business, and with that comes those attorneys we all want to stay clear of. I can't put into words how lucky I feel that we got a team that was not only worth their salt, but legitimately cared about our family and seeing us through our ordeal successfully. Even after settlement, they checked in on us and continued to give advice, and I know I can always call them if I were to ever need anything.

As I stated in the beginning of this review, it's hard to know where to begin and end, as a short review can never fully explain what this firm has been to me and my family. I would hope the one thing similar families take from this review is, who represents you, makes all the difference in the world in ways you would never expect.
