Just had my pool completed by Sunsational and I couldn't be happier. I first contacted them in June 2020 when we first started looking at pools. We met with the owner, she didn't try to force us into buying the pool then but she took the time and drew everything up for us. Once I was ready I contacted them again and we moved forward. The construction and install was complete in just 8 weeks. I had a minor issue with the heater when I first turned it on and they had someone out the next day to fix it. Really excellent service. I dealt with a handful of employees throughout the process and they were all responsive and nice (Julie, Mara, April, Jennifer, Zach, Duncan). If you're looking to put in the pool this is the company to use. You wont be disappointed.

After many estimates from other pool companies we decided to go with Sunsational Pools and Spas. We had an excellent experience. They were very professional and everything went well as scheduled. April and Jennifer always responded our calls and emails and got us the answers we needed. Duncan and Zack explained everything and gave us great ideas on design. We could not have chosen a better company to build our dream pool. Thank you Sunsational!!!

The mark of a good company is one that fulfills its commitments to satisfy their customers. The mark of a great company is demonstrated by that company’s willingness to go above and beyond what is expected of them - and that is precisely what Sunsational Pools has done.

I purchased a house from a seller who had only just had a pool built by Sunsational. My pool would have still been under warranty if the previous owners still owned the house. So when two very expensive pool lights went bad, because I’m not the buyer who built this pool, the warranty didn’t carry over to me. I called Sunsational Pools and let them know what had happened with two of my pool lights. Rather than tell me they were sorry, and letting me know that their warranty doesn’t carry over to me, they very kindly made an exception and are currently facilitating the warranty claim.

If you’re looking for a company that builds a great pool and stands by their product, you can rest assured that Sunsational is that company!

We had a great experience with Sunsational. Everyone was so helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. They were super helpful with all the permitting and inspections. They handled everything. When they say they’re coming at a specific time, they’re there on the dot. We love our pool and are very happy we went with Sunsational.

Can’t say enough great things about this company! From Mara, April, Duncan, Zach and the whole Sunsational crew….they all were an integral part of building our pool and backyard oasis! I would not hesitate to hire them for your pool construction needs. They were always on point and communicated if any issues came up. They were able to move our dig date up a couple months and had our pool up and running in 10 weeks! Thank you again Sunsational Pools!

We contacted this company to replace our liner in our inground swimming pool. We had them replace some clips on one side of the pool as part of their estimate. They put the liner in and fixed the clips and started filling the pool. Before the pool was even done they were requesting final payment. I told them when the pool was filled and working they would get the final payment, we had paid half up front. They left the hose running all day and as our 18,000 gallon pool was near the top I noticed wrinkles in the liner and the far side of the pool that had not problems had the clips coming away from the wall. I turned the water off and contacted them. They insisted the pool was done right and that it was just the age of the pool that was the problem. They came out this morning and looked at it and agreeded the pool needed to be emptied and the liner removed to make the repairs and they wanted more money or they would not do any of the work. We are now going to have to empty the 18000 galllons and then refill it again at our cost. I had them leave my property and am seeking a second opinion and contacting a lawyer. The gentleman in charge of the projet yelled at me on the phone and was beyond unprofeessional.
I would not use this company for liner replacements. I have had our liner replanced 3 times over the years and had no isssues but they do not know what they are doing.

Sunsational Pools and Spas has 100% completed all work contracted for and is no way refusing to do work related to legitimate needs. Sunsational Pools and Spas has also made repairs not contracted for at no cost to the homeowner. We have replaced a vinyl liner, which is one component of a vinyl liner pool. Vinyl liner replacement does not make a swimming pool that is twenty-five years or older, a new swimming pool. Vinyl liner replacement does not cure structural issues- in this case, a very old wood structure frame. Sunsational Pools and Spas strides for excellence in all that we do. We are committed to helping in all ways possible. But to this point, we have not been paid. We are still willing to do what is necessary, but the client has been uncooperative in allowing us to do so.
