Ordered from this company and 5 weeks later some items have still not showed, and am no longer able to contact the company through email or phone after countless attempts, no one ever picks up the phone. They responded only once by email stating that they were going to be in contact with me a.s.a.p. after getting in touch with their shipping center and seeing what the delay was. They never emailed or called back, and after trying to call and email them countless times since on a daily basis I have had no luck getting though to them after many weeks. Funny because when I originally called to inquire about products and placed the order over the phone (over several calls) they were always there to answer. Seems like a total Scam Rip Off Company. Do not waste your money on them.

This place is a rip-off. The payment was deducted from my account in 2 days. After 30 days, I still haven't received my product. My e-mails from 20 days ago remain unanswered. I called and I was told that I would be contacted and updated with the status of my order. I never received a call back. After 40+ phone calls in the last 10 days, I am giving up. I just can't handle getting the runaround any longer. I now had to make a special trip to my bank to file a VISA dispute in the hopes that I will eventually get a refund for my $114.19. Either this business is already well on the way to bankruptcy, or their employees are all incompetent. Worst online purchase experience I've ever had.
