Barely came once in a rental house even though was paid on time by checks as per agreement for several months. When the tenants complained, the agreement was canceled and a mailed check was stopped payment on, but the crooked owner (Evan Merrit) cashed the check in a cashing check office even though he was notified of the stopped payment and cancellation. Stay away as you would from bed bugs !!!Report
