Daybreak with trout on topwater. Three hours of falling tide and a creek full of reds and trout, around 30 to the boat. Lots of spots then flounder, exact advice on how to set the hook, then a couple of hours left for big reds in the channel. "Five minutes left guys". The reel sings and 20 minutes later a 30+ lb. beautiful red, carefully revived and returned by Captain Tait. Best captain I've ever fished with; best skiff I've ever been in; big decks fore and aft, clear walk-around console. Doesn't get any better. Book us again next year, same time, same tide!Report
