Holiday Inn Express Jacksonville South - I-295

This is a nice hotel but you want a room on the front (opposite the interstate on-ramp) due to the noise.

Staff is nice. Rate is good. Food and room great. Air conditioner And heat works great. Very Clean. New windows a problem. Shade would not go down had to call front desk. Staff helpful. Joseph always has been our source of contact. He is wonderful. But they all are. Parking good. Quiet. Not used gym room or pool but looks nice. Always ice. Thank you for making our vacation always pleasant. Sandra and Debbie Ireland. Lakeland, Florida.

Excellent stay-would recommend to family and friends

This hotel was a great place to stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was great. Loved that you could make your own pancakes! Pet friendly and very accomodating to any of your needs. Internet services were great as well.

Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom could use some updating but was otherwise fine. Bed was comfortable. Service was very good, especially when I checked out and Joseph was at the front desk. Very personable and friendly. Probably a bit pricey for the location but I have stayed there before and will return.

This is a very clean, and delightful place. Room was great, staff was great, and breakfast was outstanding. This location is near the highway for visitors, and locals have access to things that may be needed like publix, Walgreens, McDonald, Wendy's, Winn Dixie and others. You can't go wrong staying here.

The front desk staff attentive and friendly. The staff servicing rooms equally as helpful providing extra towels, etc as needed

This hotel in Jacksonville is our favorite hotel anywhere, and will definitely be the place we stay anytime we visit Jax.

We booked this hotel as a last minute convienient off the highway quick stay. We were very pleased with the ease of access to the hotel, quick check in, clean room, and friendly staff. I would have liked to see a little more of a variety on the breakfast bar but I would 5/5 recommend a stay at this location.
