At the time that the appt was given, there was a two week wait. All customers all told about the wait, so that they have the choice if they want to wait or do business someplace else. Also at the time of this appt, no phone # was available to contact the customer to let him know about the cancelation. We have been expierincing some delays and issues with window tinting. Were working towards hiring a second tinter to help with the delays. As well as an appology one is always given but not everyone wants to accept one. Better luck some where else, maybe you should try publix where therte customer is always right
