I'm Marc Devisse, Owner of Tri-Town Construction.

I realize you are looking for a good deal. I also realize you may have fears and concerns. Both of these are perfectly acceptable and even normal. I understand and want to help you. It might amaze you to know the most important part of any remodeling contract is actually the warranty. Yes, the warranty. Why? Because most companies only offer a one year warranty. In the instance of unlicensed contractors there is often no way to legally enforce a warranty even if they offer one. On the other hand, I made the decision to offer something that perhaps no other company in the area offers. I offer a three year warranty to give you the peace of mind knowing that if there are any kinds of problems big or small that we will fix them quickly and with a smile.

Now please stop a second and think about what I said. We offer a three year piece of mind warranty. Would any company in their right mind do anything less than quality work if they were offering a three year warranty? Of course not. And that is where the peace of mind comes in. You know that we are going to do our absolute best because we guaranteed it. Try to find that someplace else.

Look, everyone out there is going to tell you how many years they have been in business and that they have a professionally trained staff. In fact, if you reread the home pages of all my competition they probably start off with “At Blah Blah Blah, we have been in business for thousands of years and our professional staff…. Blah Blah Blah.” Personally, that turns me off. It does not tell me anything as a potential customer about what the company can do for me and most of all it focuses on the company rather than on my needs, wants and desires. I want you to know at Tri-Town Construction we will do everything we can to learn exactly what you want, make sure that your needs are met and that the final product will not only meet your desires but exceed them. I'm saying the biggest difference is “We care, I care about your happiness when the work is done.”
