Kobie Complete Heating & Cooling, Inc. is owned and operated by Ted Steele. Established by the Kobie family in 1996 as a branch office of Kobie Kooling, Inc. of Fort Myers, the business was purchased by the Steeles in December 2002. A new corporation was formed, and the business began operations under the new name of Kobie Complete Heating & Cooling, Inc. Pursuant to the purchase agreement, our company Kobie Complete Heating and Cooling, Inc. now exclusively serves customers in Charlotte and Sarasota counties, and Kobie Kooling, Inc. exclusively serves Lee and Collier counties.

We provide service, maintenance, and installation of air conditioning and heating systems for residential and light commercial customers. Located at 533 Paul Morris Drive in Englewood, Florida, Kobie Complete Heating & Cooling, Inc. currently employs approximately 18 people, and operates 10 service vehicles.

We also have a new construction division and welcome the opportunity to work with local builders and contractors.
