The firm was formed in 1998 in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The practice focuses on accounting with Quickbooks, tax, and advisory services. We advise the owners of many successful businesses on accounting issues, federal tax matters, and related topics. Our focus is on business tax returns, individual tax returns, and IRS representation.

In 1998 we created a firm that was more innovative and entrepreneurial than the competition.
