They broke my motorcycle and refuse to do anything about it. I took my bike there for some simple exhaust work. Greg's Custom advised me "with the exhaust work I would also need to have a new jet kit installed on the carburetors". ALMOST $500 for this work. Bike was running perfectly when I dropped it off. (I just wanted it a little louder and the jet kit is supposed to give the bike a little more speed.) I picked my bike up the next day and it was running very sluggish. Greg's Custom looked at it again and found that thecarburetor was flooding the rear cylinder with gas causing it to run only on one cylinder. They tried to tell me that the damage was already there prior to their work on the jet kit and that they could fix it for me in less that half an hour for an extra $40. I just wanted my bike back so I agreed to have them do whatever was needed to get it fixed. Half hour turned into a day. A day turned into a week. They still could not get my motorcycle to run properly. I finally asked them to give me the bike back so I can get another bike shop to work on it for me. Within 15 minutes of my bike being at the new shop. The new mechanic advised me that there was no signs of old damage on the carb. While working on the jet kit, the technician from Greg's Custom was unable to get the screws removed on the carburetor. He stripped the screw heads and was pressing against the wall of the carburetor with the screwdriver so hard that he cracked the carb. Their way of fixing this problem was using JB Weld to cover the hole they made. Air is still leaking through the hole and causing all the issues. I called Greg and told him of the situation and asked him for my money back. He said NO. He told me that they did not break the carb and they would not reimburse me. They did the work required of them and no money was to be reimbursed. They should pay for the carburetor work needed, give me my money back and reimburse me for loss of transportation. All I am asking for is my money back. Better Business Bureau has been contacted and I will be taking them to court if necessary.
