As you know, I am something of a “technophobe” and occasionally need help understanding how to navigate through some of the complicated programs in my computer. Aaron recently conducted a remote tutorial session with me, and I was extremely impressed with his ability to work with me at my level of expertise (or lack of it.). He guided me through a very important part of my computer program that I was having trouble with. He was excellent. Not only was he patient, but he understood how to communicate the program to me in such a simplified form that I will probably never, ever again need to go back and relearn it.
