My husband and I recently relocated to Maryland. We were referred to Kerri Castellini from our financial planner in New Jersey who wanted us to have the benefit of someone versed in the local laws and can articulate the considerations. It took one call for us to know we were dealing with a professional who paid close attention to detail. She explained everything and as we still had questions she explained it again, in a very patient, respectful manner. She knows the "legal mumbo jumbo" but uses examples to explain things in a way we can understand. When we completed the verbiage for all the paperwork we went to the office for signing. There we experienced a warm welcome, teamwork along side of the effective and efficient processes the team had put in place for the actual final documents. Very impressive. The services were for wills, discussions of trusts, living wills and health care proxies. As with anything, one can take the easy route (free online forms etc), but for me and my husband this is a subject area we wanted a subject matter expert in the current laws and procedures that informed us so we can make the best possible decisions.
