Bright Beginnings Preschool

This school was a double dose of disappointment. We pulled my first son out because he didn't want to go -- he said that his teacher hit him but we never got to the bottom of that one.

BB's strategy is to provide every child with a glowing progress report to keep repeat customers, there is no feedback given to help a child that may need it. BB failed to be honest in these evaluations and identify any issue that could be considered a development delay. The public school system has a professional team of doctors and therapists that can evaluate students early and get them the help they need. If a child has a learning disability or a developmental delay, they may qualify for educational programs offered by the public school system. Unfortunately, BB does not identify these issues in order to keep the students in their institution and collect their tuition. Fortunately, even after BB said that they thought my child was fine, I had the evaluation done anyway, the issue has been identified and the customized action plan has been established. Take the report ratings from BB with a grain of salt and seek professional resources if you suspect your child needs additional attention. I was asked where my child went to preschool but it was phrased, where in the world did you send your child to preschool.

Our family had great experiences at this school. Right from the beginning we felt the family atmosphere of this school was a great fit for my children. Both of my children have attended this school and now my nephew is attending. I would highly recommend!

I WAS UPSET AT WHAT THE PERSON BEFORE ME SAID BECAUSE I HAVE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SCHOOL. MY SON LOVES IT AND I LOVE THE WARM, FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE. SO I CALLED THE OFFICE OF CHILD CARE AND THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND THEY TOLD ME THAT WHAT IS BEING SAID IS NOT TRUE. SO I GUESS SOMEONE IS MAKING UP A BUNCH OF LIES ABOUT BRIGHT BEGINNINGS AND THE STAFF. SHAME ON THAT PERSON FOR LYING. ANYONE CAN CALL AND CHECK ON THE REPUTITION OF BRIGHT BEGINNINGS AND THEIR STAFF AND FIND OUT HOW WONDERFUL THE SCHOOL REALLY IS!

This school really needs to get their act together before a child is injure or worse. My son was observed as being ill all of the sudden and the medical condition was ignored. Not very professional people when they were asked to explain! My child goes somewhere else now and they inform you if your child is sick or injured. Shame on Bright Beginnings!
