Continuing to be one of the most active and well-respected private companies in the storage industry. Currently, The Lock Up operates storage centers in eight states. We own and manage over 1.6 million square feet of self storage. Additionally, we have recently partnered with a large pension fund that controls tens of billions of dollars.

While the facility is clean, and staff friendly, the rate increases every nine months are exorbitant. I am told they are "corporate ". Whether it is corporate greed or not, it is ridiculous to expect tenants who pay their storage rent on time to "negotiate" every "nine" months. We found a cheaper, similar, local option. Hopefully, they wake up! In one year we were increased over one hundred dollars...."MOVING ON "!!!Report
