I am absolutely appalled by how we have been treated by this company. My wedding was October 12, 2008, was given a finish date of February 2009 and it is now August 17, 2009. I have yet to receive my flowers. I do not live in the same state any longer, so I have only been able to talk to them on the phone or over emails. I have been able to get a hold of them very randomly and when I do I get a run around. Once I started getting mad and asking for things to be taken care of now they decided to no longer answer my calls or emails. It's been bad enough that my husband and our wedding florist have gotten involved and they can't get them to call them back either. I fear that I will never see my wedding flowers again and will be out over $1000!Report
