At National Jewish Health, we provide patient care that is thorough, multidisciplinary and tailored to the needs of each patient. Our staff takes the time to know our patients and really understand their conditions and concerns. Over a course of days or weeks, our doctors may spend hours with each patient, which is quite different from today's average 15 minute office visit.

Known for “translating” the lessons of basic science and applying them to human diseases, National Jewish Health attracts world-class researchers who conduct leading-edge scientific investigations. Clinical research is critical to understanding diseases and improving treatment methods. Over the years, clinically-based studies conducted at National Jewish Health have led to new and improved treatments for a number of respiratory, allergic and immune diseases.

We house three academic departments that offer and participate in various fellowship programs. We also offer Continuing Medical Education, which takes many forms to suit a broad range of professional needs and preferred learning styles. In addition to educating our peers in the medical field, we also strive to inform our patients and the general public through our Morgridge Academy, patient education classes, and health publications.
