I am passionate about helping individuals discover when old ways of coping no longer work and replace them with new, more productive ways to communicate their needs, alleviate stress, and improve their relationships with those they love.

My approach is compassionate, empathic and genuine. I help individuals foster a healthier understanding of themselves that translates into richer relationships with others. I base my marriage counseling on the work of John Gottman who has researched marital satisfaction for 30+ years.
