Holiday Inn Express & Suites Denver Airport

I had never stayed in a holiday Inn express like this very disappointed with the room the bed where old and hard could not sleep all night the mattress was so hard. Pillows and sheets where drity. Smell alot like Marijuana that's not for me come to Denver for the first time coming from Irvine California. Never staying here again.

This is an excellent location to Denver Airport.
The staff was great, but they are doing a major remodel. Had I had known this, I would not have stayed here.
The good news is a truckload of new beds arrived when I checked in; terrible news? The bed I slept in was awful and should have been replaced years ago.
The room temperature could not be regulated; I probably would have had a better experience sleeping at the Denver Airport. It feels like Holiday Inn waited two years too long to remodel this location. I stay at Holiday Inn for the great experience I typically have. This was not a good experience. Happy to see they are taking corrective action, and if I am in Denver again after March, I will try again

I have never been in a hotel room that didn't have a microwave. Seriously? This hotel is currently under construction.

We chose to extend our trip for one night so that we could stay near the airport and not have to do too much traveling in one day since we stayed 3 hours away from the airport for the rest of our trip. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the indoor pool to occupy the kids, which was completely closed due to renovations that we weren't made aware of ahead of time. The hotel was quite dirty from all the constructions and we just generally were not impressed with our stay. They did have a very large assortment of options for breakfast which was one positive.

When I made reservation in Nov for Dec 5th There was no mention of Huge Remodeling & No indoor pool hot tub availability!! Also, when I got to room on 2nd floor, I went to close curtains - The right side window had Large break in it just pasted over with clear glue! Window Lock Broken & wouldn't lock. I have Pics of! I wish I could share here but only text here. I used to stay here when in DEN, I'll never stay here again!

Great hotel all around. I just wish I would have known before I booked about the construction

A standard Holiday Inn with all the great service and amenities that are expected. 10/10 would stay again.

Overall, this is a good Holiday Inn Express location, and the hotel is very clean. I stayed at this hotel during a time of construction/renovation and the lobby was being revamped. There were a few problems with the water pressure in the bathroom during my stay but the were resolved.

I had a great two night stay. I slept very well and the amenities and complementary breakfast were very good. I recommend this hotel if you need to stay near the Denver airport.
