"Horrible Service Incompetent company"

"These guys are understaffed and you pay the price for it....literally. Shortly after we paid our fee for them we got a letter from members of their staff saying they had left Ed's firm to start their own, and asked us if we wanted to move our case over to them. This should have been our first clue that thing were going wrong at Ed's firm. They tried to make us file for a chapter 13 when it was obvious that in a year we would be in a spot where we needed to file for a chapter 7. They strung us along working on the 13, until they finally listened to us and realized we were right about filing for a chapter 7. They then said they had already put to many hours into our case, more then what our original fee covered, and were going to have to charge us more. This showed a complete incompetency not only in how they manage their time, but also it how they evaluate cases. Getting them to respond back to questions is like pulling teeth, and I'm not talking about over explanatory time taking questions. I'm talking about simple yes or no questions that they should know off the tops of their heads. Don't expect them to take time for you when the case is over either. Once you have filed they are done with you. Even if you just have a simple question, that again they should be able to answer with ease and with no real commitment of time. I just had one yes or no question and they completely ignored me. At the end of our bankruptcy I feel abandoned, and like I was taken for a ride. We ended up paying almost twice what they originally quoted us. I know some will speculate that I was an unreasonable customer, but trust me please I wasn't. I'm writing to try and save someone else the frustrating experience."
