Westcliff was referred to us from a friend neighbor. We needed home care for my father. The office was very helpful, matched a cna that was a nice fit for dad. She was great at her caregiver duties but was also a he help around the house. She prepares meals, drives dad to the pharmacy, DR. Appt. And walks with him daily. We've been very pleased with l. And would recommend her and Westcliff Nurses. The office Terri, was wonderful . Very patience, available anytime. Really worked with us on hours. And when we needed a relief shift for L. She had a very qualified lady come in for a couple of times. Really pleased here. t.b.

Westcliff Nurses assigned a nurse that is experienced, reliable and has a personality that is a perfect compliment to my Mother. In addition to the regular nursing duties she is always alert to detail. she made sure the communication and instructions from the family and the caregivers were carried out between shifts. The nurse plays cards, cooks, and has great conversations with my mother. They have quickly bonded and are developing a strong friendship. The office exceeded our expectations. They were professional, very knowledgeable and available whenever we had questions or concerns, even after hours.
