My wife and i recently bought a home in pleasant hill with Simon's help. i can't say enough about how lucky we were to have had Simon on our side! he is incredibly responsive, has a deep knowledge of the market, and an expert eye for assessing homes (partly from his former life as a home inspector)! he would see things in homes that we hadn't, and would point them out for us to consider so we had full information - even though it often meant we weren't going to buy the house! he is an honest broker who puts his clients interests first! for our purchase we had an especially challenging seller who made the process a difficult roller coaster ride. Simons help navigating through it was invaluable! i highly recommend Simon to everyone. you won't be disappointed!Report
