I have nothing but "kudos" for making what for most is a bad experience; these gals-guys on the payroll and their "bosses" have eased the "pain" of having auto towed and stored for a lengthy period.

Not understanding at all, super high fee over $300+ for 15 minute away tow. Worst attitude just takes your card and Id and walks away.

Entiendo que también la manager de los apartamentos está de acuerdo con esta situación.
El día de ayer salimos hacer compras de alimentos y lo que necesitábamos para nuestro hogar, eran alrededor de las 4:30 pm, cuando estacionamos el carro a la entrada interior en el parqueo de los apartamentos para poder meter las compras hacia dentro del apartamento llevando 4 cajas de agua, carnes azúcar arroz y mas cosas pesadas, solo pasaron 5 minutos y la grúa se había llevado el carro, corrí hacia afuera hasta alcanzarla y el hombre con Risa burlesca me dijo que sino quería que se llevara el carro le pagara $70 dólares ahí mismo, fui corriendo a mi apartamento a llevar el dinero y cuando salí se había llevado mi carro de trabajo ,tuve que ir hasta el corralon donde se LOS LLEVAN y ahí una mujer me cobró $ 190 dólares en un tiempo de 30 minutos .
SOLO QUIERO ALERTAR SOBRE ESTE TRANSA QUE HACEN EN ESTE NEGOCIO.
PORQUE ??ME DICE QUE LE DE $70 Y SE VA CON MI CARRO PARA HACER EL DAÑO DE COBRAR MÁS.
Me atrevo a decir que hasta la administración de los aptos saben de que se TRATA este jueguito…o este negocio.
No recomiendo ni estas grúas ni los apartamentos Terrace Point ,en Langdon ave.
